Return Policy
If the garment or product (the "Item") does not correspond to your order, or if it was dmmaged during shipping or in the case of non-conformity of the Item, you may exchange it or receive a refund if it is returned within 7 days of your purchase and presented to the merchant with the original receipt or gift receipt, as well as its packaging and all original labels. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, the merchant cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, an Item must not have been worn or washed, original labels must be attached to the Item: it must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Once the merchant acknowledges receipt of your return and determines that it complies with the Online Purchase Return Policy, M.A.D. Shoppe will refund you the value of the returned merchandise or offer an exchange if you prefer.
When the merchant accepts your return request, a confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions. Please note that returns are only accepted by mail. Some merchants may allow in-store returns, but this is not the current policy.
Any refund will be processed using the original payment method, minus the $9.99 return fee. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for such a refund to appear on your statement.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, skincare and beauty products, as well as candles, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above.
The merchant and M.A.D. Shoppe will not be held responsible for any returned items that do not meet the requirements. Any Item that does not meet the return requirements will be returned to the original shipping address provided. If the package is not claimed, the Item will not be refunded. All expenses incurred to resend the Item will be borne by the buyer.
Why are return fees charged?
M.A.D. Shoppe is an ethical platform, both for its customers and the merchants who use it.
A merchandise return incurs additional shipping and handling fees.
Processing a return takes time for the merchant and their staff. Additionally, the returned product may sometimes be damaged or opened, making it unsellable, thus incurring extra costs.
For all these reasons, M.A.D. Shoppe believes that it is not the responsibility of a merchant to bear these costs, except in cases where the return request is due to a damaged product or a mistake by the merchant.
How to make a return request?
To make a return, print the postage label attached to your delivery confirmation email. Affix the label to your package and take it to the nearest post office for return.
It is important to specify the reason for the return when making your request.
